Dog walking

Bruce by the riverCurrently, I offer a lunchtime group dog walking service, picking up from the following areas of north Leeds:

· Weetwood
· Meanwood
· Adel
· Moortown
· Roundhay

The dogs are collected from your home and then walked within a group (maximum six, often smaller) for an hour. I drive a Citroen Berlingo van which is unmarked for your security, has air conditioning and cushioned flooring in the back for comfort.

Most walks take place in the Hollies, Adel Woods and around the Gorge in Roundhay Park, Leeds. These areas are chosen for their safety and varied terrain, allowing for exciting romps in and around meadows, woodland and streams. Younger dogs can play; older dogs can potter – there’s interest for all. (Do have a look at the gallery page for a snapshot of what we get up to!)

Afterwards, your happy dog will be dropped back home having enjoyed stimulating exercise and socialisation and, of course, with the added benefit for you that a tired dog will sleep rather than chew or pine!

The current rate for a group walk is £10 for the full hour. There are no extra charges for travel time, topping up water bowls or putting down pre-prepared meals/treats on return.

Limited places are currently available on this service. Please contact me if you’d like more information.
